— MEP BIM — 15 Years

Built for MEP coordination. Nothing else.

ALP CONSULTING was founded on MEP BIM work — not assembled around it.

Specialized from the start

ALP was not a general BIM shop that added MEP coordination later. We started in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing modeling and have never drifted. That focus is why our process holds under pressure.

Fifteen years of project history means we have encountered and resolved the constraints that standard checklists do not anticipate — tight mechanical shafts, conflicting plumbing offsets, late-stage electrical reroutes.

One team. Full model scope. No gaps.

How we work
Why it matters

Fragmented BIM ownership is where schedules slip. When one team holds full model integrity, the coordination risk stays contained and the delivery date holds.

One team carries the model from kickoff through final delivery. No phase handoffs, no scope gaps, no assumption that someone else caught the clash.
